Mike, I want to take the time to thank you and Grant Motors again for taking the time with my son and I this past Saturday. As you know, this is his first car and we wanted it to be a good experience. He will remember you. He loves the car and is looking forward to getting his license this coming Monday.
I want to point out again that it was your truthful and comprehensive ad in AutoTrader.com that attracted me in the first place. You were very descriptive and had many great photos. While your dealership was over 100 miles away, I decided to send you an email to see if the car was still available. You reponded immediately and gave me everything I needed to call you back. You did not "spam" me with a canned email relpy as "sadly" the majority of other internet advertised dealers do.
It was that personal touch that compelled me to call you back. You promised to send more pictures and to my suprise they were emailed to me in minutes! This service compelled me to take the 3 hour ride with my son to Fort Myers. Once we arrived you were completely prepared for us and immediately handed me the keys to take the car for a drive and allowing my son and I to evaluate the car in privacy. This is also extremely appreciated as other dealers insist on tagging along for the test drive.
Once we decided to purchase the car you made the process extremely painless and easy. Your co-operation in allowing me to leave my car at your dealership while we took the new car home was very much appreciated. Lastly, you follow-up call to us an hour after we left to check on us was a nice touch.
Mike, you are a true professional in the car sales business. Grant Motors should be proud to have you on their team. Take it from another salesman who has been selling for over 20 years. You are a shining star in the often tarnished field of salesmanship!
Thank you,

Dear Mike,
My experience at Grant Motors was very educational, pleasant and uplifting. I was greeted right away by a samesman named Mike, who was also very pleasant and had this kind of upbeat personality about himself. He helped me get into a car. Not just any car, but a nice car! Just when I thought there would be no hope with my credit, he turned things around. He educated me on the was that the car would help build my credit to get me back on the right track. He stayed by my side throughout the whole visit, even when I was very undecided, he gave me helpful suggestions and when I called my Dad to discuss the car.. He spoke with my Dad, too!
Not once did I feel rushed, he took his time and for that alone I am unspeakably grateful! Most salesmen tell you what "they think" you want to hear or the see a woman alone as an easy target for commission. Every question I had was answered even if he had to track the answer down. He also set up my insurance right there in the office so that I didn't have to call or ride around for quotes.
What a convenience that was for me, I left the office that Friday in my Lincoln LS. Mike called me back that Monday regarding a better proposition for me concerning the payments on the car. The deal was GREAT! A decrease in my monthly payment and a whole year knocked off the length of my contract! I thought to myself... Why this is too good to be true, there "must" be a catch. So I called up 2 of my sisters to get opinions to see if they were on the same page as me. I asked my oldest sister over and over... "Well, what's in it for him? Why would he even care or call me to tell me about this deal that would potentially save me thousands?!" That's when she replied, "He must be a good salesman, not just into making money but helping his customers."
After our conversation ended, I was still kind of mind bothered about it until I went into the office to sign the new contract. After speaking with Mike and him showing me the amount of my savings, I thought to myself, "And THAT'S why thy call him 'Magic Mike'".
Till this very day, whenever I pass by the office and I am with someone, I say, "That's Grant Motors and that's where I got my car from!"
Sincerely,
